Semi-Rural Development Brings New Homes To Hailsham

  • The site is located near Woodside Farm, in a semi-rural position on the western edge of the market town of Hailsham, East Sussex
  • Site area:  7 acres
  • The development comprises 50 private and 23 affordable dwellings
  • Many obstacles had to be overcome, the most notable being sewerage and drainage.  A pumping station was installed to the south of the development, at a cost of two of the original plots
  • Offers were invited late February 2010 and our clients were successful
  • Site sold to Bloor Homes, with a binding Exchange just before the budget on 24 March 2013
