  • The site, with four landowners, began in 2010 and is a mixture of gardens, agricultural land and greenfield, situated in a prime village location approximately 18 kilometres north of Brighton
  • Site area: 5.86 hectares, 14.5 acres
  • With a chequered planning history through Mid Sussex District Council, the final Planning Application was won at Appeal in May 2018 for 120 units of which 36 are allocated for Social Housing
