St Barnabas House Hospice Proposes Plans For New Homes

  • The site is located Colombia Drive, Worthing
  • Site area:  0.85 hectares, 2.1 acres
  • St Barnabas Hospice in Durrington instructed Land & Brand New Homes to investigate the sale of its site, together with investigating sites suitable for the relocation of the hospice
  • Finally, a suitable site was found, with the potential for the new hospice to accommodate 22 patients as opposed to its previous 15
  • As we were given the green light, the site was advertised in both local and national press, generating an unprecedented response, which culminated in the final sale of the site to
  • Wilmington Homes in March 2010
  • The construction of the development by Wilmington Homes comprising 51 houses took place following the relocation of the hospice to its new home
